BRIAN DONNELLAN (INSTRUCTOR)
Brian brings a methodical, supportive, and precise approach to Pilates, drawing on over 15 years of practice and his certification through the Equinox Pilates Training Institute. His teaching focuses on control, alignment, and breath — with the goal of helping clients get strong, improve mobility, prevent injury, and build a deeper awareness of the mind-body connection. Whether guiding clients through fundamental work or challenging them with dynamic sequences, his sessions aim to build long-term strength, confidence, and concentration. Brian works with a wide variety of clients — from athletes to those returning to movement after injury, from younger students to older adults, and from those seeking deep mental focus to those prioritizing physical conditioning. Outside the studio, Brian is a seasoned product manager, writer, and cinephile. He brings the same thoughtful curiosity to each of these disciplines — always seeking structure, meaning, and impact. He holds a BA in English Literature from Fordham University.
